Time For Rodeo have appeared from nowhere. A girl boy duo, they make music that sounds like nothing else. We’ll try to describe though. Theres hints of The Fall, a smidgeon of The Wedding Present plus a Thinking Fellers/Sex Clark Five lollop. Yes, these are names from the past but we really can’t think of any names in today’s pop circus to compare them to. All we know is this forthcoming 5 track CDEP is a mini-marvel and we are happy to bring it to you.

“Time For Rodeo are a Leeds band and have their spiffing debut 5 track E.P. released on the superb Misplaced Music. I'd like to think of the bands that inspire them but some clever nitwit has gone and put a sticker on the front to like, totally assist me!! So if you fancy a delightfully catchy amalgam of "Clinic, Pixies, The Fall, The Beta Band, Syd Barrett, A smidgeon of Wedding Present plus a Thinking Fellers lollipop" I've just phoned up their record label manager to give him a right old ticking off for only pressing up 100 of this intoxicating brew. I'd say buy this, spread the word and lobby the buggers for more (sorry for cursing but I'm livid!)”
